Perfect fit for version 6 Mira Realm shower. Remember, the internal screw thread is a left hand thread, i.e. it requires a clockwise turn to "Un-screw" the fastening.
Delivery was very fast and ordering was a breeze. I would recommend National Shower Spares for any future spares purchases of this type. Thanks guys! Top job!Graham Hadfield

Due to hard water area broke this part after several years of use. After lots of cleaning of the shower body went in fine, no leaks, Though not 100% sure what the black grease pouch was for so applied it randomly.

Replacement part, original had wear which started to give problems. Second time of replacing, they seem to last about 7 years, probably a design issue - not the fault of this supplier.

Had it fitted by plumber, so can't comment on how easy it would be for DIY, but charged a very reasonable fitting fee and part is working beautifully, allowing us to turn off the shower easily, without feeling like we need to use too much force. Had great advice from the company before purchasing too. Very happy customer.

What is the difference between this item (122.66) and SPHD0013J?
I have an old Wickes branded 'antique' thermostatic mixer shower which won't fully turn off (leaks from shower head), also the flow lever is loose and won't stay in position. Looking in the manual it says replacement seals are SPSK0043J, under this part number your site says don't buy if shower leaks from shower head, but 122.66 head assembly, but my manual says the head assembly is SPHD0013J. Are they interchangeable? Is one better?
Thanks for your time.hi there is no difference just the 122.66 is the new part number and will fit the shower you have

Why can't I budge the head nut on my shower
Hello, the headnut on the V6, 122.66 is a left hand thread so you need to undo it by turning the opposite way to normal, it will have small cuts/notches on the flats where you put the spanner on, this tells you it is a left hand thread
