Hi, it looks like I have a leak from either the cartridge or the plate gasket
Which is more likely?Good afternoon
If the leak is through the dials usually it is the cartridge.

Last week I purchased an Aqoaliser Knob insert but it keeps falling out of the hand operated on/off knob . How should it stay in place? Do I need to use glue?

Thank you for your last response to my question about a dripping shower head.
Can you advise me on whether I need a thermostatic or a manual cartridge assembly? Is there anyway to identify the present assembly before dismantling?
Best regards.Hello, the cartridges are colour coded on the front where the 4 screws fix the temperature lever on, 022801 has a grey ring (balanced supplies), 022802 has a pink ring (for combi boiler use) 022804 has a blue ring (manual)
We hope this helps
