Hi, I have the Quartz Electric 9.5. I switched the shower on and afrter 10s or so it cut out and took down all my circuit breakers. I switched off the isolating switch outside the shower, reset the breakers and tried the isolating switch again and it shorted the breakers again. Obvisouly there is a short circuit somewhere, but can i fix with spares (and whats it likely to be?) or do i need a complete new shower?
Hello, it will need a new 'Engine' part number 435902

I have an aqualisa quartz digital shower and at the moment the lights keeping flashing and the water is running cold. The flow seems to be effected. I did have a plumber out previously in the year with the same problem and he just changed the thermostate setting and the problem was resolved. It has started doing the same thing again and a different plumber came and said he was not sure what the problem was but thought it might have been an air lock. He held the shower down for a few minutes and this seemed to put the problem right but once he had gone I tried it again but the problem has remained.
Hello, this is really is a job for Aqualisa technical to answer, they have the knowledge on this type of shower please call them on 01959 560010

Hi, I have a Aqualisa Quartz Electric 8.5 shower. The water has started to run through very slow and very hot, turning the dial to cold does not make any difference to the temperature or flow rate. I have removed the front cover and pushed the solenoid piston up until the water runs through and again it runs through very slow. I also noticed that when I do this some water is leaking from the internals of the unit. Do I need a new shower engine?
Hello, before buying an engine, make sure the shower head and hose are not causing the reduced flow, take them off and see how the water flows unrestricted, if it is still low, then a new engine will be required.

I have a client with a quartz electric 9.5 and when you push the start button nothing happens. Do yo do just the start button or do I need the complete engine?
Hello, you will need to see if it is the switch in the back of the cover, if it is not the switch, then you will need a new engine.
