Hi. I have had to replace the thermostatic valves on a couple of Artisan bars and I now tend to re-condition ( IE... clean ) the fitted valve and replace it with one I either bought or previously cleaned. I have now done it often enough that I think the O-rings could do with replacing. The cartridge is the 06743B push-in type could you tell me where I might find the appropriate O-rings please ?
Also , is the plastic screw-in type a direct replacement ?Hello, Bristan do not sell spares for the cartridge, we can only supply genuine Bristan spares as there may be technical issues with fitting non genuine 'o' rings.

Hi, my Bristan Artisan shower is leaking fairly badly (on the certridge side) where the shower exits the wall; is a new inlet assembly kit likely to fix this or am i better to buy the whole bar assembly complete? Any advice would be appreciated. Cheers, Richard
Hello, this is not easy to advise you on as we can not see exactly where the leak is coming from, is it a bar valve or a built in valve? if it is a bar valve, you may be better off replacing it with a Mira Resolve ( see website special offers )
