Our partnership with the Teenage Cancer Trust: improving the lives of young people facing cancer
We are immensely proud of our long-standing charity partnership with the Teenage Cancer Trust.
Since 2012, alongside our wider Highbourne Group and sister companies, we have raised more than £3 million for this important charity.
Throughout this partnership, our colleagues' creativity has known no bounds when it comes to fundraising. From hikes and Tough Mudders to golf days and even a tattoo, the array of events has been as diverse as our workforce. The sense of camaraderie and unity is truly heart-warming and showcases the incredible community spirit within our company.
The funds we have raised is enough to pay for 100,000 hours of expert care from a Teenage Cancer Trust nurse, who is trained to support young people with the clinical, social and emotional impact of cancer.
Whilst celebrating the incredible journey of giving back, with a special focus on the people who made it all happen – our amazing colleagues – our journey doesn't end here. We continue our partnership with the Teenage Cancer Trust and will be doing everything possible to raise even more funds for this valuable cause as it sadly impacts the lives of many.
Every day, seven young people aged 13–24 in the UK hear the words "you have cancer". They will each need specialist nursing care and support to get them through it.
Teenage Cancer Trust is the only UK charity dedicated to meeting this vital need – so no young person faces cancer alone.
