Hi there my customer has an old style white Gainsborough ambassador gravity concealed shower and is dripping from the controls. Does the new cartridges fit the old showers and what colour of cartridge would suit it?

A customer of mine has quite an old Gainsborough ambassador concealed shower which is white. The system was recently changed from gravity fed to off the mains from a combi. Will the cartridges for new showers fit this one and can I simply just change the type (colour) cartridge to suit the new system. I have pictures of front if it helps thankyou

I have a drip on the shower head when it is turned off, do you have a washer to stop this or do I need a new aqualisa thermostatic shower cartridge.
Hello, you will need a new cartridge, Aqualisa do not supply the seals on their own.
