- i reguire a water control knob , have you any in stock ?-- gainsborough impulse 9.5kw
  
  There ar no dials or covers available for the gainsborough inpulse showers, they are now all obsolete.

- Why when I turn on does water come out of the bottom of the control box? Does it mean a seal has gone inside the box?
  
  Hello, it could be leaking from anywhere, a qualified person will need to remove the cover any check for the fault.
- Is there a user manual available for a Gainsborough Impulse electric shower 9.5kW?

  Unfortnately the only information we have is located on our site.
- Good morning, I have the gainsborough impulse 9.5kw shower unit , but the control switch on the front facure is not connecting with the internal mechanisim. When I removed the front cover the small post on the inside of the front facure had snapped off , and I have tried gluiong the item , but it keeps breaking away. Can you advise if it is possible to simply buy a new front cover ? many thanks
