My shower became more difficult to turn off and i recently twisted the large control knob off. It looks like it has sheared off from the plastic behind it. Is it possible to replace this?

My shower runs warm to start with and then after about 30 seconds goes freezing cold, even on the hottest setting. I have also noticed that the power light does not come on. Do you have any ideas what the problem could be?Hello, this could be a couple of things, the most likely is a faulty thermal switch or a faulty pressure switch, an electrician would be able to pinpoint the fault.
