Hi
This shower recently cut out while my husband was in it. We have had an electrician out who found that the live wire in the pull cord had burnt out. After replacing the pull cord and the wire we have turned the shower on and all we get is cold water. The power light isn't lit which indicates when the hot water is on either. I was wondering if the power surge could have damaged the heating element? Or is there something else you can think of?

KatieHello, only two things stop it heating all together, the thermal cut out and the pressure switch. it will be one or the other.

When I switch off my Aqua 2000 shower by pulling the electricity supply cord, or by switching the shower off at the controls, it continues to run water out of the shower head. Could you please tell me what the problem is?
Hello, the solenoid valve is jammed open, it will need a new solenoid valve.
