hi ive had this shower for approximately 5 years its been working fine since until previously when it started shutting down while it was running, over time it started to shut down on each lower setting e.g. 7,6,5,4,3,2. At first it would switch off on a setting then when u switched it back on u would have enough time to switch it down to a lower setting and it would work there fine but as time went on the problem reached the first setting and now as soon as it is switched on it turns off with in one second please could u explain which part i need so that i can purchase it from u guys thanks.
the problem could be the solenoid valve has gradually failed causing the water to stop following which then shuts the power off, the other part it may be is the pump/motor has finally stopped as there is carbon brushes in the motor which wear down and if completely worn away will not allow the motor to perform
