Hello,
I have the Grohe Grohtherm Auto 1000 (34143 000). My son was showering but was unable to turn the shower off. He had turned the control around fully but it looks as if it had become stuck at a certain point when trying to turn it back.Hello, there is either a fault with the handle or the flow valve

I have Groththerm 1000 unit for 3 years and can no longer get a hot shower. The temperature fluctuates from luke warm to warm even when at full heat. When i touch the back of the mixer is it scalding hot so I assume this is the Cartridge that needs replacing. How long should these cartridges last, do i have some else wrong in my system for mine to go in 3 years?
Hello, first remove the shower from the wall, check the inlet filters and the non return valves (one way valves), if they are clear, you will need to replace the thermostatic cartridge, part number 47439

Hi,
Have a Grohtherm 1000 (34154) that was installed about 6 years ago.
The left hand side (flow control knob) seems a bit stiff and the flow fluctuates now and I have to turn the knob to try and get the best flow.
(Boiler is a powerful combi and pressure is ok and has been ok since installed).
Any idea what the problem might be please?Hello, it sounds like you need to replace the flow cartridge, part 45346
