We have a constant fast drip (almost running water) from the bath filler although the shower is fine. How do we fix this?

Hi, I have a Grohetherm3000 mixer(part 19665) but the shower head it controls has developed a constant drip. The bath filler also controlled by it is ok. I'm trying to establish if I need a Thermostatic Cartridge GROHE 47450000 1/2-inch or if instead I need a Grohe aquadimmer/flow cartridge assembly (47364 000) would solve the drip. Thanks

I have a Grohtherm 3000 purchased in 2005, recently the water to the bath has been running lukewarm, this has been diagnosed over the phone by Burge & Gunsen as a Thrmostat cartride problem & that this needs replacing. I am trying to obtain the Part No for this item, Can you please Help
