    • Hansgrohe 97161000
do you stock this shower hose that comes up from under the bath with a pencil style shower head. It is located in the top corner of the bath?
      Thanks

Hello, we do not stock it, but can order one in for you, please call us to order.

    • I have a GROHE Automatic 2000.
When I engage the flow control top knob it does not always come on. So it's a case of turnig several times before the shower works, this can go on for several minutes.
Also when i turn the control knob off the pump is still working. I have to manually switch the water pump button off.
The shower head is also dripping when turned off.
I hope you can help with advice?
      Cheers,
      Lee

Hello, in the first instance we need to know exactly which 2000 you have, can you e-mail a photo to support@showerspares.com so we can Id the shower for you.

    • I am not sure if my system is high or low pressure - if I get the 28151 Grohe hose, will that still work with low pressure?

Hello, it will still work, but it may be a bit more restrictive if you are on very low gravity water pressure. (0.1 -0.2 bar)

    • my existing Grohe shower hose is leaking but I don't know how to identify which model or product code it is. THe only inscriprtion on the end of the hose I can find is "4/00 Grohe 5"

hello, this hose (28151) is used on high pressure systems, if you have a low pressure system please use 28161.
