To this end, we offer our Lowest Price Guarantee on all shower spares and accessories.

Should you find an eligible and identical product cheaper with one of our competitors (including any delivery charges), simply call us on 01452 619836 and we'll do our best to match the price of that competitor.

Please note the following:

• We must be able to verify the price you have quoted from the competitor in question, so please provide us with as much detail as possible.
• The competitor's item(s) must be identical in every way to the item(s) on our site, including brand, model, colour, size, specification, etc.
• The item(s) in question must be in stock and ready for same day despatch on both our site and the competitor's site.
• Prices must include any delivery charges.
• Only shower spares and accessories qualify for this Guarantee. Other products such as showers, pumps, taps, and cisterns are excluded. All products covered by our Lowest Price Guarantee are clearly marked on their respective pages.
• Items on marketplaces (like eBay, Amazon, and ManoMano), price comparison sites (like Kelkoo, PriceGrabber, and PriceRunner), or physical stores are excluded.
• We cannot retrospectively price match, i.e. if you want to take us up on this Guarantee, you must do so before placing your order. Once your order has been accepted, the price of the item(s) cannot be changed or any refund on the difference given.

We'll do our very best to match the price of any valid competitor, but on rare occasions we might not be able to.
