Hi,
Have a Mira mode integrated shower installed and has been working fine for the past ten years until now. I had British Gas engineer out as my shower water has now started to flow Luke warm water unlike bathroom and kitchen taps which have a very hot output. After the engineer had completed his examination he then informed me that there was nothing wrong with my boiler as it was putting out the correct hot waster to taps. He then said we're not aloud to say the problem is your shower but unofficially that is where your problem is. He suggested that the thermostat cartridge maybe needing to be replaced. In you opinion can you please let me know what the issue may be? I should have added if you turn the cold tap on in the bathroom and the shower at the same time the shower temperature water slightly increases.Hello, after 10 years the seals in the sleeve have failed, you need to replace part SPSL0003J

Hi, my mira mode mixer at max setting isn't very hot. Turning hot water up on combi boiler doesn't make much of a difference. I can physically hold the water outlet pipe on mixer as it's luke warm but the hot water inlet to mixer is too warm and to touch. would it be a seal bypassing cold water or does the regulating disc need adjusting
Hello, it would appear that the seals in the 'sleeve' are worn, if you replace the sleeve, part number 122.67, it should sort the problem out.

Hi
My Mira Mode shower goes cold and I have to turn the arm up to regain the warm. Can you tell me what parts I need to remedy the problem
ThanksHello, this is most likely to be worn seals in the sleeve, you need to replace part number SPSL0003J

Replaced inside of Mira Mode about 2 years ago but shower keeps on going hot & cold. If it's not the shower's fault, could it be the combi boiler?
Hi
If the temp on your taps are fluctuating it will be your boiler, you may have a blockage in inlets or the wax element in shower.
Kind regards
