My Mira Zest 7.5 shower is no longer heating the water. The water flow/pressure is fine. What part(s) may have failed and are spares available. The unit is post 2004 --probably about 3-5 years old I suspect. Thanks.

The part you require will be the thermal switch on top of heater tank part number 439.90

Temperature cycles between hot and cold.
Hello, if it is very hot then cold, then the flow rate through the shower is too low, check the shower head for partial blockage, if it is nornal temp then cold, it will be a faulty thermal switch.

Hi. I need to replace the shower hose on my Mira Zest (1.2M).
I can't find a hose for the Zest but see in your website under Zest spares a hose for the Mira Response at 1.25M.
Is this the next best one available and will it fit OK or can you please advise anything that would be better?
