• My MIRA ADVANCE ATL Thermostatic shower simply wont turn on. There is main power (240v) to the Relay PCB but the front switches do nothing, there aren't even any indicator lights. I checked the ribbon cable to the front cover for any signs of power but there doesnt seem to be any. What are my options? Also do you stock part number 1643-105/144 (the little cover inset that often falls off)?

• Water continues to flow from shower head

  Hello, you will need a new flow valve 1643.149. have you tried just bleeding it using the blue bleed valve on the top of the flow valve. sometimes that will cure it.

• I've a mire advance memory, sometimes there's a increase of pressure, temperature then a decrease in both ,resulting in the service light coming on
  what can I replace to service it myself

  Hello, you need to bleed the unit first, via the blue air button on top of the flow valve, if that does not cure it, you will probabaly need a new flow valve.

• Hi, my mira advance has just started cutting out after 10-20 seconds, with the low pressure light coming on. I have checked the filters and changed the head and hose but with no luck. Could you tell me which part has likely gone wrong. Thanks

  Hello, please can you try to purge the unit with the blue bleed button (on the top of the flow valve)
  If this fails to rectify the fault, you need to replace the flow valve.

• The Clamp Bracket on my Mira Advance Shower has broken so the handset keeps falling out. I have measured the slide bar and its diameter is about 100mm. The shower was purchased in 1998 ish and not 2007-2010 as the product you offer. Can you help please?

  Hello, this is a very complex unit to diagnose, but it sounds like a failed heater element, you really need a MIRA engineer to diagnose it, call them on 01242262888

• I'm trying to find a replacement plastic on /off power witch for the MIRA Advance ATL thermostatic. The diagram seems to indicate part nos XXXX -108/109/110 are the parts in the panel, but the bit I need does not seem to be listed. Can you buy a new switch or do I have to get a complete new front panel ?

  Hello, you will need to buy the whole cover.

  Hello, yes the plumbing and electrics are in the same positions.

  I have the Mira advance atl flex, which works fine, however the case has been knocked and the top screw holes in the back panel securing it to the wall have broken resulting in the unit tilting forward away from the wall. My question is can the back panel only be replaced without all the internals?

  Hello, we are very sorry but Mira do not supply the back boxes for any of their electric showers.

  Trying to purchase pack of four 'O' seals for my Mira Advance ATL Thermostatic. Are they still available as a replacement pack or do I have to purchase an equivalent, if so what am I know looking for, or even a new spray plate assembly plate or do I just purchase a new complete handset and again if so what do you recommend?

  Hello, did anyone 'purge' the flow valve, using the blue air bleed button on top of the flow valve?, If not air may be trapped causing the flow valve to show 'low pressure'
