Hi there! I've got a problem while the shower works it suddenly stops and it starts again after 5-10 minutes. When it stops there is no indications for low pressure or service.

I have a pre 2003 Mira Advance shower unit (the one shown on your page in schematic drawing). It has a few times now, started with an extremely fast flow (water cold), and with the Low Pressure light illuminated. I would be grateful if you could offer a solution to this problem.

You may have a blocked inlet filter if not you require a 1643.149 inlet flow valve. -
i have a mira ATL advanced 1999 - 2003. How can i tell whether it is a 9kw or a 9.8 kw version please?
Hello, there should be a sticky label next to the terminal block inside the shower, or they are stamped on the top plate of the heater tank, ( very small numbers/letters )

Fault: Turn on and flow is good then low pressure light comes on and flow stops.
Had the water board out and renewed stop cock in house, told pressure is ok, but fault remains. Can you help?
unit: Mira Advance Thermostatic ATL. 2003. This unit has had very little use, Installed in 2005. May have been used 150 times only.Hello, you need to check the inlet filter, then purge the unit via the blue bleed button on top of the flow valve, then see how things go, if it is still a problem, then we suggest you replace the flow valve 1643.149.
