Hi I have a Mira escape shower and recently it's started to switch itself off it runs for about 5 mins then comes up low flow I've done all normal checks had the water board out and pressure is fine wondered if you had any clues what it could be also changed the thermo switch thanks Liam
Hello, it is most likely to be a failing solenoid coil. 416.51

My Mira Escape keeps tripping the fuse box. Works when shower is on cold but as soon as we turn up the heat it trips straight away. Wiring has been checked by an electrician who can see no obvious fault.
hello, this is most likely to be an insulation fault on an element within the heater tank, you will need to replace the heater tank.

I have a mira escape 9.8 chrome finish shower and i can no longer get hot water, the water comes out fine but cold and the power switch comes on is there a part to fix this or do i need to buy a new shower .
Hello, it would need to be checked by an electrician, but it is likely to be the thermal cut out or the pressure switch.

Re mira escape 9.8 Hi the low flow light comes on with with fluctuations in temperature. Sometimes no water at all. This is normally when hotter shower is used. Setup is separate cold water tank to 1bar pump to shower. It's about 6 years old any suggestions would be very welcome. Many thanks john
Hi it sounds like the pressure switch is dropping out, but that would not stop the flow, you may have a solenoid/flow valve problem, I would start by replacing the the flow valve, part number 1563.540

Morning my mira escape is refusing to switch on. There is power to the unit confirmed by the indicator light on the mains isolation switch outside the room. This goes off when the on/off switch is depressed and the mira on off switch does not illuminate.
what parts do you think Might be at fault? ThanksHello, the symptoms suggest a neutral fault on the supply cable, you need an electrician to test the supply.

Hi, I have a mira escape electric shower and the water isn't getting hot, please can you tell me what part I will need to purchase.

I have a Mira Escape and it has gradually been getting hotter. I wrongly assumed it was the inlet water supply being warmer in the summer. This morning it will not start flowing when I turn it on, but the light seems to flicker as well. I'm now thinking either the solenoid coil or the thermostat control. Is there any other clues I can look for to identify the fauly part?
Hi, the flickering light may be a sign of an electircal supply fault, if you are sure there is a constant 230-240 volts at the unit, then the part that will most probably need changing is the solenoid valve, the coil only 416.51 or complete flow valve 1563.540.
