Mira Showers have directed me to you to source a pilot valve part No. 419.86 for a Mira essentials electric shower.
Do you have the above part in stock, and if so, can you give me a price?

Pete ReillyHello, the part has been replaced by 419.87, you will have to swap the plastic spindle from your old one to the 419.87 (they are different shapes), the 419.86 is no longer available.

Hi - is it possible to purchase a back cover for the 8.5 kw shower unit. Everything on ours is in good condition except this part which has been somewhat butchered by the previous householder. If so how much please?

Unfortunately Mira do not supply back cases for their electric showers and if it is broken a new shower is the requirement
