Hi, My shower has been in for 3 yrs. Its now developed a loud high pitched squeal when turned on.Help appreciated. Thanks W Davidson.
Hello, squeals are generally a sign of an imbalance between the hot & cold supplies, please check the inlet filters and non return valves for blockage.

when I put my shower on it makes a loud noise but when I turn the cold tap on
the noise stops.Hello, this is most likely to be a blockage in the inlet filters, setting up an imbalance and a vibration within the shower.
