I have a Mira Vigour Thermostatic which has ceased to function after a short period of 'playing up'. I have removed the cover and operating dials. When the small black cog in front of Part C on the exploded diagram is turned, it turns in either direction without limitation and there is no audible 'click' which, i would expect to hear if the shower were being turned on. I am therefore assuming that this part (Part C.) is faulty and needs replacing. I have tried replacing the fuse and have checked all other relevant power points back as far as the fuse box. Does this sound feasible?
Hello, Yes this is feasible. It could also be the PCB which has stopped working. I would try the harness assembly first though.
