My New Team 9.5 seems to be getting on in years (parts inside show 23/00 092-5021 and 95000956). "Reduce Temp" light shows and water is cold on all heat settings; is this the Thermal Cut-Out or is it likely to be something more expensive? Thanks for your help....
Hello, yes this sounds lie the thermal cut out has tripped and not reset itself.

my new team shower, when you turn power knob on the low pressure light comes on and shower wont start, no problem with water pressure in the rest of my flat.
Hello, this is most likely a faulty solenoid, it will need to be replaced, part number SP092.0426

my new team shower cuts out during operation. It then requires you to get out of shower to turn it off then back on again. on some occasions this works but at other times it repeatedly cuts out. unsure what the problem is. hope you can help
