I have a redring active 320 shower which is showing the red led light but not giving hot water can you suggest what part will be faulty and if you have this in stock?

It could be the thermal cut out on top of the heater can or the elements inside the heater that may of failed. If you were to carry out a continuity test over the said items it will confirm the fault. Below is a breakdown of the shower and the parts in question are numbers 1 or 4
