Received the product with a damaged part (probably damaged in transit) emailed customer support and they sent out a replacement the next day. Great service and the best price I found for the item.

It's an extreme pity that replacement spares for Aqualisa are so costly, not the fault of NSS, but the manufacturer, thus just a good rating. However as the as far as the part is concerned, NSS were best priced. Fitting and replacing the unit was at first a little tricky but got it done there in the end. No more than a 20-30min job.

This was a replacement for same product that had failed after 10 years of daily family use. Easy to fit. Push connections. By removing mounting screws in both this diverter and the pump unit there was enough play in pipes to just slide it off and slide in be. Each entry had an isolator just needing a quarter turn so no water drips. Left the wires connected in the old unit until new in place to match the right sockets. All done in 30 minutes max.

Excellent service with quick delivery. Buying this part saved us £500! It took our plumber 15 mins to fit. A very easy job. Aqualisa however quoted £775 to replace the diverter. Absolute rip off.
