The sliding handset holder arrived in the time scale predicted. Was exactly as expected. Was easy to fit. A plastic cover and one screw removed from the top of the vertical rail. The top screw was removed as the bottom one was seized due to water ingress. The old handset holder was slid off the rail and the new one slid on. Rail, top screw and plastic cover replaced. Only took a few minutes and works perfectly.
