    • The fixed arm is simple to fit having already fitted one previously (which broke). The quality is okay but being plastic it's very easily broken as with my first one. Metal ones are available but more expensive and only chrome not white as I required. The threaded spigot for the shower head is easily cross threaded which weakens it and that's where mine snapped off. So I've bought two just in case. Thanks goodness for National Shower Spares bought and delivered in two days, cannot fault their service.
