Tried everywhere to get these washer/filters, no chance. Until I tried NSS, they came up with the correct items and at a great price. I ordered them and they arrived next day, no more leaks, shower back to pressure , perfect. Can highly recommend these guys/girls. Will use again, if and when needed, many thanks.

Solved my leaking Bristan/John Sydney "in wall" shower mixers. After about 15 yrs the original rubber washer on the hot water entry (left) elbows had begun to perish and tightening up the compression nut did not stop the leak. This flat washer replaces the domed metal mesh original, helped with a smear of silicone O ring seal and Fernox LS-X round the washer edge for good measure. The main DIY job is cutting back the wall tile and plaster to gain access to the mixer to begin with - at installation the builder saves time by plastering and tiling the whole lot in.
