• Easy to find online and order. Arrived promptly and my husband managed to fit it . . . after months of luke warm water, it's lovely to have a hot shower again! I should have ordered it earlier as was previously looking a whole new shower and this was a much cheaper fix!

  Tip: make sure you turn the white end piece around the other way than what is shown in most photos (i.e. face the protrusion towards the spring; not away from it) otherwise you'll get a large reduction in pressure.

• Replacement for previous cartridge which had failed after 4 years. This resulted in very cool water coming through Brittany Frenzy shower despite water being hot. Easy to fit with right tools. It seems to have sorted the problem out but further use will show.
