    • the part (flow control handle) that i required (SL10-02) was no longer available and the site said that there was no alternative. However, there is a hack. with the part I ordered, it fitted the water cartridge but has a slightly larger diameter and was a fraction longer.
      A few minutes rubbing the open end with sandpaper reduced the length by a few millimetres and bingo - I had my replacement. I mention this in case anyone else has this issue
