      Made of plastic, broke from normal use (although after almost 10 years), not robust, but easy enough for my plumber to fit and works well now. Shame it's not a great design, but brilliant to be able to get this small spare part rather than totally replace.

      With regards to the flow control handle itself, it has a plastic bit that's quite vulnerable, but this is a design flaw, so nothing to do with the retailer.
