my son left the shower running with no water going through it, now there is no heat will it be the heater can assembly he's blown? the shower is a creda aquaambiance 9.5w.

paul.Hello, it is most likely that the thermal cut out on the top of the heater tank has tripped and will need replacing the part number is 93597871
