Excellent.Nat Shower identified our replacement shower cartridge from a photo in 2 hours. They despatched same day 48 hour tracked.

This has been fitted by a plumber and appears to be working well. He did wonder if there should have been a thick black washer on the replacement as was on the old cartridge assembly so removed from the old assembly and put on the new cartridge. The picture on the website did not show a black washer so it would seem that is no longer needed but we used it anyway and is working fine so far.

If the black collar is obsolete is it possible to remove it from the one you are replacing or will that be too difficult?
