• Hi I have a Galaxy G 7000? which was already fitted in my house when i bought it. how do i know what the kw is? if 7kw or 8.5kw.

  hello, there may be a sticky label next to the terminal block inside the shower or it will be stamped into the top plate of the heater tank

  My galaxy G7000 does not work properly is not the mixture of hot water and cold water, or is cold or too hot.
  The Light of overheat is always on.
  what do I need to do ??

  Hello, it the overheat light is on all the time, you need to replace the thermal cut out SG06004

• Having today replaced the flow valve which works perfectly we are now unable to get any hot water when the dial is at one or two bars. If possible please call me as my father in law is trying to help me. 01903 821989

• water not getting hot only luke warm

  Hello, you have lost the use of one of the heater tank elements, it may be the heater element itself (new tank required) or it may be a micro-switch, you will need an electrician to check it out
