    • My shower had water pouring out of the casing. I was just about to invest in a new one but decided to take the case off the old one first to see if there was anything obvious. Found a little black rubber ball inside and soon worked out where it had come from. Don't know what caused it to blow but decided it was worth speculating a few quid before I splashed out on a new shower. Decided to change the shower head too just in case it was the cause (I had fitted a non-genuine replacement a couple of months earlier.) All arrived within a few days, took about 5 minutes to fit (including running up and down stairs to turn the power off, and removing and refitting the case)- job done, shower now works as advertised again.

    • Can the rubber ball simply be popped back into the PRD body by removing the device from the unit, or are they one use and replace?

      Hello,
Yes, the rubber ball can be popped back in, but unfortunately it is really easy to push too far back in or not far in enough.. I would suggest just replacing the whole PRD.
      Thanks.

    • Hi.water is poring out of the pressure relief valve on my galaxy 3000. I took it off and it's just a open fitting with tube attached. Should it not have a ball inside or something? Cheers

Hello, yes it should have a small rubber ball in it, when it blows the ball usually flows down the plug hole!, you need to replace the PRD and then mae sure you clear the cause, usually a blocked shower head.

    • Hi
Does the part 'Galaxy SG06006' come with the rubber hose and plastic ball?
Do you sell the chrome shower head for the Galaxy Aqua 3000? If so how much does it cost?
      Thanks

Hello, the rubber ball is inside, but it does not come with the rubber hose.
