• Very happy with my purchase and the excellent service from NSS. It was fairly easy to fit and solved the problem of the dripping toilet into the pan. In our case, a new flush valve seal did not resolve the problem, hence me ordering the new flush valve. After seeing the new basket seal that came with the flush valve, I did wonder if perhaps that was perhaps the only part that I should have replaced. However, I'm just happy that by replacing the entire flush valve and the basket, it resolved the problem.

• If I ever need to specify toilet cistern fittings it will be Geberit without any hesitation. After 15 years of service I replaced the fill and cistern valves. The ease with which you can achieve this is a credit to their design philosophy and manufacturing. • Was advised to buy this by a plumber to stop a slow leak from the flush. Looks like it's working. Arrived super fast. I was a bit worried as the part was in a box with no packaging to stop it from moving around the packet, but it's plastic and therefore not super fragile.
