Service from NSS was great and best price I could find. Product is a replacement spare for a cistern so hard to get excited but was easily replaced by a plumbing-hating non-professional. The thread for attaching the water pipe is plastic so care is needed to get the metal pipe and nut square and central to avoid chewing the thread, which was how it came to need replacing in the first instance!
