    • There is a small continuous flow from the cistern (Adagio 37762 SHO) into the bowl. I have already replaced the piston part 43544 . Please advise any other solutions to the problem

Hello, is it failing to shut off, ie continuously filling the cistern box and going down the over flow? if it is, then the filling valve needs to be looked at part 37095, if it is not, but it is still leaking, you will have to replace the whole flush valve 42137

    • Hello. My Grohe Dal cistern was fitted about 11 years ago and I believe it to be the model 37762. I have replaced the piston seals (43808) to try to cure a continuous trickle of water into the toilet bowl but this has not worked. Do I need to replace the discharge piston (43544)? If so, the one illustrated on your website looks different to the one fitted in my cistern which is cylindrical and coloured green and red. Can you help me please?

      Hi
The discharge piston has changed colour but should be the same as what you have

    • I had a GROHEDAL cistern fitted approx 15 years ago. I have had a look for the model number but all I can see is GROHEDAL on the lid. The size is approx 355mm H x 370mm W x 130mm D.
The problem is that there is a constant trikle of water into the bowl which causes the cistern to re-fill every 30 minutes.
In addition to this there is a leak at the bottom of the cistern where the pipe enters at the base of enters the cistern. It is the pipe that flushes the water into the toilet
It has a single chrome push button on the wall to flush.
      Can you comment the following
      1. Where would the model number would be.
      2. Do you think the model has been discontinued.
      3. If not discontinued what parts would require to be replaced.
      4. If discontinued, do you have a similar model of the same size. Space is quite tight.
      Appreciate your help
      Regards
      Alistair

    • I have two Grohe Agagio cisterns (37762) which are around 10 years old. One of them has developed a noise like a motor bike just at the end of the refilling cycle. I changed the Torback washer and altered the mains water pressure - but to no avail. I then located the noise to the flush valve assembly which was vibrating during filling. Can this be fixed?
      David

hello, if it is single flush you could change the discharge piston 43544, if it is dual flush you need a new flush valve 42774.

    • Hi,
I have 2 of these. 1 seems to make more noise as it completes the fill than the other. It's more of a problem at the minute due to the small bowl leak (that I'm going to order the discharge piston 43544 for) meaning it tops up every 20 mins, but if you know what the issue is I may order that part as well. Thanks

Hello, it may be the 43733 diaphragm in the filling valve, replace it and the noise may go away.

    • the water level in my cistern is very near the top of the tank-can I adjust this and if yes how?

Hi, the filling valve (37095) should have a polystyrene float on it, you twist the float so it moves down, the lower you set it the lower the water level will be, have a look at 37095 on the website.

    • I have a Grohe 37 762 SH cistern, installed in 2000. There is a very small continual flow into my toilet from the cistern. Is this caused by the seal and can this be replaced?

hello, you need to replace the discharge piston 43544
