An excellent replacement hose for one that lasted for about 15 years before needing to be replaced, also a Grohe that came with the previous shower. I have every faith that this one will last as long if not longer. New one has a plastic cover to protect the chromium covering for the rubber hose and is an improvement on the chrome and rubber hose that we had previously. A nice improvement. It makes the hose not so bendy but I'm sure I'll get used to that in time and it will also make it easier to clean. Well done!
