Grohe are the only manufacturer I know that make a reversed inlet thermostatic cartridge. The one I purchased worked however the silky smooth Grohe action wasn't in play. Instead there was a slightly stiff and rough feel to the dial. It might bed in and my customer was just happy to have a usable shower!

Works well however you need a 34mm box spanner to remove the retaining ring

Delivered earlier than stated so very happy with service from NSS. The product itself is Grohe so unquestioned quality. My gripe is the very vague and ambiguous shower installation instructions in the Grohe box (the first statement in 'installation' in bold type is 'hot on right, cold on left'. Once this simple mistake is made they have to the tune of £80 + man hours to correct it. It was easy enough to fit.
