    • A replacement for a stolen lever. Yes, some people will steal anything from a hotel! What are the odds that you would book a room at a hotel, find that the bath filler is the same as the one you have at home and having the 3mm hex key to remove the plug lever from the bath filler.
      Anyhow, apart from having to pay £10 for next day delivery, NSS came through for me with the replacement. Legitimate Hansgrohe item in factory packaging.

    • Very thankful that Hansgrohe do specific spare parts. This lever broke on our exofil s which meant the plug would not lift. The part came with instructions to how to fit the replacement which was very beneficial.
