• Fantastic service from National Shower Services , my Mira high pressure digital shower , was damaged by -9 degrees of frost on 15th December 2022, the escape of water damaged two bedrooms hall and carpets ,
  I contacted National shower who told me unfortunately the part was out of stock , I explained I was a 79 year old man living alone who just ten days previously had had investigative throat surgery and now had no hot water or shower , coming up to Xmas closedowns and postal workers industrial strike action I probably would not get the replacement part till early 2023

• We have struggled for some years now with two thermostatic showers from a high end supplier that we have fitted in the two bathrooms that we have. I've had to replace the thermostatic cartridge many times in both showers and within a few months we are unable to get a hot shower despite having hot water available in the cylinder. The last straw was when the shower control started to leak and I had to knock a large hole in the wall to fix it.
  I bought this control over the other digital ones available as it was easy to switch to either of the two outlets and we could have them running at the same time. The control arrived promptly the day after I ordered it.
  I installed it in the loft so that I can easily access it if I need to. If it ever came to it, I could replace the entire unit in less than 5 minutes. I turned it on and it just works! Nobody complains about having a tepid shower. By default the max temperature is set to 45. None of us can stand it above 40.
  We will be ordering another of these shower controls for the second bathroom shortly.
  I just can't decide whether to order one for the bath also.
