• Purchased as a replacement for the Vision controller that packed up after ten years. The Platinum controller is a very expensive unit, though NSS were amongst the cheapest suppliers. It is a very different style and shape so leaves an extra hole in the shower wall to be sealed. In my opinion it is not as attractive or as subtle as the original Vision unit, but the Vision unit has been discontinued and the replacement Platinum controller was relatively easy to set up, so we now have a fully working shower. Cheaper than fitting a new unit.
  Packaging and delivery from NSS was very good and it arrived very quickly.

• New model has different wall plate to the one I was replacing ( 8 years old) and now has a back plate which the original did not have ( that just sealed onto the wall plate). This was not really an issue and controller connected to pump unit without any problem. Now working well
