• I purchased a shower cartridge which was delivered in two days as stated.
  Unfortunately the part was faulted which was hugely disappointing but does happen.
  On contacting NSS and speaking to Lee he immediately requested a replacement which he said would be delivered in two days. In the event the part was shipped overnight and was with me the next day and worked perfectly.

• Have a previously installed Mira Realm shower that had been dripping since moving in and got unbearably worse. Found this website and found a selection of parts. Website was very helpful in identifying the exact shower model as there are a few different types of each with little changes. Order arrived and the parts came with full instructions and tools to complete the job i.e changing the thermostatic cartridge which I had never done before. Job was completed and the shower is like new again. Can't fault these guys and would definitely use again for any shower spares.

• I was impressed with the very prompt delivery, the item was ordered on Wednesday night & arrived on Friday morning.
  Box contained all the necessary parts & fittings for the various shower models it is suitable for, full step by step instructions for changing the valve, plus special spanner tools required to unscrew the valve from the housing.
  No problems at all to exchange with the old valve - dripping problem solved and so far working perfectly.
  Seems to be a top quality genuine spare part & identical to the original valve.
