  Unfortunately the part was faulted which was hugely disappointing but does happen.
  On contacting NSS and speaking to Lee he immediately requested a replacement which he said would be delivered in two days. In the event the part was shipped overnight and was with me the next day and worked perfectly.
  I cannot fault National Shower Spares, from start to finish their performance was outstanding and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
