Hi I have an aquatronic thermostatic power shower and I am needing
a replacement hose as it's unravelled and broken spurting water everywher. Do you have the part?https://www.showerspares.com/triton_shower_accessories/triton_shower_hoses/triton_1.25m_shower_hose_chrome_28100210/

We have a reduced water flow, and is not as powerful as it was please advise. The shower head is not blocked, was Descaled. If there is an air lock how do you clear it.
It is worth taking the filters on the flow valve out to see if there is any debris around them. If they are clear it could be down to either the flow valve being to fail or the pump is not working to its full capacity. If you haven't removed any internal parts it would not be an air-lock.
