• I bought one of these almost exactly a year ago. Now I am buying a new one as the shower started dripping again. I live in an area with hard water, so perhaps this affects the lifespan but personally I would expect these to last much longer. I don't feel like I've got much choice as I can't find alternative manufacturer.
  Not a criticism of the NSS website though which is easy to use and part arrived next day.

• The part arrived next day with no drama; just what you need to fix a dribbling shower! My only regret is that it didn't come with a cup of tea to soothe the installation process. Still, you can't have it all! Great service. Would recommend.
