Hi . Could you tell me why the shower cuts out after about 10 minutes use. Seems to cut out sooner if we turn the temperature up.

NigeHello, if you mean it cuts out the flow, you need a new solenoid valve. If it cuts out the heat, it is usually one of the thermal switches (top of tank or outlet)

my shower hose is not blocked yet water is gushing out of the pressure release valve how can I solve this problem
Hello, you need to replace the PRD, then find the blockage, it could be in the shower head, the hose or the heater tank may be full of limescale.
