Hello, there is usually a sticky label next to the terminal block inside the shower, the only other place is the top plate of the heater tank, it is stamped in the copper top plate, very small print/stamp

The water does not stop flowing when I press the 'off' button. I have to turn off the water supply using the stop valve under the bath. All other functions are normal.
Hello, it would appear that the solenoid valve is jammed open, you to replace the solenoid, part number 83304130

have a triton aquatronic 4 when l put it on water comes from the shower head and a little pipe at the back of it
It would appear the pressure relief device has blown. The part is located at the bottom of the heater can assembly with the code 83301330

I have a Aqua Tronic 4 electric shower. It has a cold water feed direct from the mains water supply which gives a high pressure, However when I turn the shower on the low pressure light keeps coming on and the water does not get hot.
Hello, you may have a faulty pressure switch, it is part of the stabilising valve
