utilities turned water off in street for some reason and when back on again -first time of using the shower again it blew a seal and water came out bottom of shower. Replacing the triton pressure relief valve did the trick and no leakage. (noticed a rubber part of the pressure valve was blown out when the shower was turned on after the Utilities turned the water back on.)
Problem is that now the water will only get hot when dial turned way up (water so slow). Checked that i turned the home stop tap fully on again after replacing pressure relief valve.
Noted on cold the water pressure/flow seems fast as before though maybe a little slower.
Any suggestions appreciated

You may have a flow restriction in hose or handset or possibly the inlet valve.
