What could be wrong with the shower if it's extremely hot on any setting with the highest pressure?
Hello,
Have you tried turning the temperature setting down to the middle and then turned the bottom dial to cold then up to hot?
Thanks. -
Hi there when my opel 2 is turned on water now comes out of the prd valve and shower head, I've changed hose pipe and head but still happens, I've also changed the ball inside prd but it just comes straight out again
Hello, there is still too much back pressure, may be the tank itself is blocked up

Hi,
When I turn my trition opal 2 shower on water gushes out of the PRD, I've been reading around and it seems that limscale build up or a blockage within the head or hose of the shower could be the fault, is this correct? I just want to make sure before buying a replacement PRD.
I've just brought the property, so I don't know if the the previous owners kept the shower properly mainteaned, so I will clean the head and hose correctly later.
Cheers
DarylHello, yes this is correct there is a blockage somewhere most likely to be the shower head.

Lights come on as normal .Water pressure normal. Water is cold.
Hello, it could be the thermal switch on top of the heater can, which has gone open circuit, or the pressure switch which is part of the stab valve is faulty
